Rockstar Games officially confirmed a Fall 2026 launch for Grand Theft Auto VI on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. That window narrows an entire year of speculation into roughly a three-month band.
The PC version is not part of that announcement. History says PC arrives 12 to 18 months later, which lines up with late 2027 or early 2028.
Trailer 2 is expected before the end of summer 2026. Rockstar traditionally drops the second trailer about 90 days before launch and pairs it with a hands-on preview window for select outlets.
Pre-orders are anticipated to open the same day as Trailer 2. Expect a standard edition, a digital deluxe, and a physical collector's box similar to the GTA V Collector's Edition.
